Sometimes the quotation is not yet clear after consultation, whether or not on the basis of a 2D drawing. In that case, a 3D drawing can help to prepare everything properly. Just like everyone else, no one works for free, so a fully developed 3D drawing does indeed require a fee, although this will be deducted in the event that the project may be delivered by Buro International. Exceptions are of course always negotiable.
Color advice can sometimes be the finish your office needed, we are happy to help you with this.

Deliveries
That depends from product to product. We have several goods in stock, while others are made to order. This can sometimes take up to 6-8 or even 12 weeks from order.
Collection is always possible at our warehouse in Tielt. Please also contact us for this.

Office chairs and sit-stand tables, just like our other products, can be tested in one of our showrooms.
All our table tops are easily washable. If the top is not cleaned immediately, spots may of course appear with certain products. White is always reflective, which is why good space planning is important.
A black sheet is a lot more straining on the eyes. For this reason, a white office table is strongly recommended for an 8-hour working day. Moreover, this is the most neutral.
The difference between veneer and melamine is that veneer is a real layer of wood compared to a decor with melamine.
Fenix is a brand name for a nano laminate, which has a soft touch and is also fingerproof, so no fingerprints are left behind. Extremely interesting with black tops.
With laminate, multiple layers of paper or plastic are used between the decor and the carrier. With melamine, the carrier immediately follows the decor, making laminate more durable than melamine when used intensively.
As the years go by, more and more attention is paid to the design of working environments. An increase in productivity, atmosphere in the workplace, but also the war for talent are the causes of this. The idea of a purely open office is being phased out to a hybrid office . We choose quality. Whether an Italian design brand or a Belgian house brand is chosen, a design object often has a well-substantiated underlying story. A lot of attention is paid to proportions and materials. A top product from a design brand will also decrease in value much less, which makes it interesting as an investment.

Acoustics
Measuring is knowing, and that certainly applies to acoustics. Only in this way can the right amount (not too little, but not too much) and the right type of acoustic material be determined. The most common measurement is a reverberation measurement, but other types of measurements can also be carried out (for example to determine the insulation values of walls, speech intelligibility, etc.). The cost price depends on the size of the project: a no-obligation quote is always made in advance. The measurements and the preparation of the acoustic report are done by an expert who has completed the necessary training, always using professional equipment.
In principle, every problem can be solved, but miracles do not exist in acoustics either. The tools to solve an acoustic problem are many: from applying acoustic material to adjusting the space planning.
In the best case, acoustics are already taken into account in the initial phase of the construction or renovation process. For example, a theoretical acoustic study can be carried out in the planning phase, so that the correct materials can be recommended. Physical acoustic measurements can already be taken during the shell construction phase, which can be used to determine exactly the right materials. And if this has been overlooked, an acoustic solution can be found afterwards in harmony with the interior.
This is certainly possible. When you order an acoustic study from us, you will receive a complete acoustic report with advice in numbers and letters and drawn up on a plan. You are then free to accept the proposal or not. If you purchase the acoustic material from us, the cost of the study will be (partly) deducted.
SitStand
It is best to avoid sitting still for hours. To stay healthy, it is therefore important that you stretch your legs at least every half hour. Get a glass of water, walk down the office hallway... so make sure you exercise regularly.
It is best to work between a height of 62 - 86 cm while sitting and work between a height of 86 - 130 cm while standing. A good standing height is where the arms can rest at 90 degrees on the table top. In practice you will see that this is often equal to the navel height.
