Mikado aims to stand out not only for its serene and impressive shape, but also for its unparalleled comfort. The all-round upholstery and the dynamic movement of the backrest significantly improve Mikado's seating experience. A hidden mechanism under the seat ensures that the backrest adapts flexibly to the user and can bend subtly backwards for extra comfort.

The Mikado chair's upholstery is not permanently glued in place and can be easily removed for cleaning or spring replacement. The legs are individually replaceable, allowing you to choose alternative materials such as wood or recycled aluminum. The inner seat panel is made from recycled aluminium, while the core of the back shell is made from recycled post-consumer polypropylene, which can be easily separated from the foam filling during the recycling process. Thanks to this modular structure, Mikado offers numerous long-term options and is guaranteed to be a sustainable investment with a long lifespan.
