These mobile HushMeet units, available in different sizes (HushMeet, HushMeet S and HushTwin), are ideal for any office environment. Thanks to close collaboration, valuable input and respect for the company’s vision, Buro International was seen by TechWolf as much more than just a furniture supplier.
An empty floor was transformed into a spacious new office. Next to the meeting room, a playful brainstorming area was created. The mobile and lightweight Narbutas Giro poufs in cheerful shades of yellow, pink, and mint, in various shapes, pair beautifully with the fun, colorful Parthos coffee tables from the same brand. These tables feature a colored cylindrical base with a round white tabletop. They add flair to the space and are easy to move when needed. Fun pebble-shaped rugs in various colors complete the setting with warmth and cosiness.
The chosen workbenches also come from Narbutas. Their clean, contemporary design makes them ideal for open-plan offices. The series, called Round, features desks with organically rounded shapes, a white oak melamine top with softly rounded corners, and slim white legs. The soft ‘light mint’ screens are rounded as well, offering acoustic comfort and privacy in a sustainable way. Several sit-stand desks from Narbutas were also installed in the same colour palette.
The office chairs are by Interstuhl. These are black, highly ergonomic chairs with 6-position adjustable synchro-mechanism, universal castors, high backrest, NPR 4D armrests, and comfortable seats available in yellow, pink, mint green, and light blue. Both seat depth and lumbar support are individually adjustable
An old kitchen was transformed into a super fun and trendy lounge and game room, complete with a PlayStation corner and a ping pong table from the French brand Cornilleau. The PlayStation sits on a practical drawer unit by Narbutas. A beautiful olive green train bench, which also serves as a room divider, offers comfortable gaming enjoyment. It’s decorated with cosy, multicoloured Herringbone cushions by Vitra.
On the other side of the train bench is a high bar table with a Fenix tabletop and a black-stained ash wood base by Narbutas, surrounded by six eye-catching Revolver bar stools by HAY in lava red. The relaxation area also features a large circular Circle rug and a pebble-shaped Pebble carpet by Object Carpet. On the latter sits a convenient Tray Table M by HAY in the colour 'Peppermint'. The cheerful yellow Giravolta floor lamp by Pedrali brings warm ambient lighting.
Wall-mounted plant panels in four different colours (Ivory, Plum, Pine, and Plain) by Götessons Design Group enhance the room’s acoustics.
Finally, an old attic space on the second floor was revitalised into a serene focus room where you can work quietly in cosy nooks or at a desk. The light grey sound-absorbing Sound Off Cloud EcoSUND ceiling clouds by Götessons help maintain silence. These playful clouds hang in various sizes from the ceiling.
Other eye-catchers in the lounge corners include the red artistic Voido Rocking Chair (designed by Ron Arad) by Magis and the flexible, shapeable Office Nap soft loungers by Götessons in two pastel shades. These can be used both standing and lying down.
The CUP metal side tables in light pink and moss grey by the Belgian brand Perfecta add the finishing touch. The sit-stand desks with T-legs, white base frames, and melamine white oak tops are by Narbutas, just like the acoustic desk screens in light mint.
In short, thanks to the playful furniture, greenery, and warm pastel colours, TechWolf now enjoys a cosy and trendy office space that is also fully equipped with top-notch, contemporary ergonomic office solutions.
Ook de aparte kleine vergaderruimtes werden opnieuw voorzien van de rode BEJOT QUADRA QD modulaire sofa’s gecombineerd met de vierkante bespreektafeltjes van König + Neurath.
Andere kleine vergaderzalen kregen een ovale Minato Onyx Ellips tafel met zwart onderstel, perfect voor bij de hergebruikte bureaustoelen.
Bovenaan de trap werd een gezellige zithoek gemaakt. We zien hier opnieuw een warm Pebble tapijt, waarop een comfortabele rode en lichtgekleurde DAPPER Lounge Chair van HAY geplaatst werden. Ertussen staat terug het compacte crèmekleurig BOWLER bijzettafeltje. En ook hier maakt het leuke zwarte BELLA koffietafeltje van HAY het zithoekje af. Occasioneel staan hier ook poefs van Narbutas bij. We leverden ze in grijs en rood.
De testruimte werd voorzien van de comfortabele verstelbare ergonomische JOYCE is3 draaibureaustoelen van Interstuhl, die we ook op andere werkplekken terugvinden.
De JOYCE is3 draaibureaustoelen van Interstuhl in zwart en rood, opnieuw de kleuren van het bedrijfslogo, vinden we terug op de verspreide werkplekken, net zoals de ACTIVE.T – Dubbel-Bench bureaus van König + Neurath die voorzien zijn van een antraciet middenpaneel dat de nodige privacy biedt. Ze zijn gemotoriseerd en individueel elektrisch verstelbaar. Ideaal om afwisselend zittend of staand te werken! Ze hebben een grijswit blad en zwart frame. Van dezelfde firma werden ook tal van BASIC.4 tafels geleverd, in dezelfde kleuren. Dit zijn klassieke 4-pootsbureaus met een uitstekende prijs- kwaliteitsverhouding. De handige losse kasten ACTA.PLUS van König + Neurath staan hier verspreid opgesteld. Ze zijn grijswit en hebben een zwarte greep en er werd telkens een zwarte plantenbak op gemonteerd.
In de vergaderruimte voor tien personen plaatsten we de Veneto XL vergadertafel met zwart onderstel van het Belgische Perfecta; de voormalige vergaderstoelen werden er hergebruikt.
De grote vergaderzaal werd uitgerust met de leuke en comfortabele AAC ‘About A Chair’ 24 stoelen van HAY, die ontworpen werden door Hee Welling. Ze zijn in polypropyleen en werden besteld in twee kleuren, rood en wit, die herinneren aan het bedrijfslogo.
We voorzagen deze werkplek ook van vuilnisbakken, de Ditch 3 pedal in ravenzwart, een afvalsorteersysteem van designer Frans de la Haye. Twee grote metalen lockerkasten van Locker DarkLine hebben een strakke, moderne uitstraling en ze voldoen aan de praktische eisen van dagelijks gebruik. Dankzij de robuuste constructie en diep donkere kleur passen deze lockers perfect in een kantoorruimte. Ook enkele losse rode krukken van TabCollege werden geleverd.
Ten slotte, zorgden we ook voor wat ICT-materiaal, zoals een LCD Display van Sony en plaatsten we op beide verdiepingen ook verschillende grote speelse open rekken, die zowel dienst doen als scheidingswand als opbergruimte: de Combus van Narbutas. De onderverdelingen zijn telkens in de kleuren walnoot en zwart. De kast heeft open bladen, maar ook opbergladen en metalen wanden.
